Refund Policy

Return Policy
 

Customers may request a return within 2–3 days of receiving their order. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  1. The product was damaged during courier transit.

  2. A wrong product was delivered.
     

We do not accept returns for any other reason. We expect customers to review all product information before purchase. All details provided on our website are accurate, and customers are expected to read them carefully prior to ordering.
 

To qualify for a return, you must provide:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging.

  • A complete box-opening video showing the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
     

Without this proof, we cannot process a return or refund.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will verify your claim using the images and opening video provided.
 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products), customized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for wrong or damaged items. A box-opening video is mandatory for verification. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
 

Courier Service Limitations
In rare cases where a customer's location has limited or unavailable courier service, our team will contact the customer before dispatch.
If the customer does not respond, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
 

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request along with the required images and opening video, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Delays may occur due to bank or technical issues.
